How do I use the charge point? Download the Plug-N-Go App on the App Store or Google Play, and follow the instructions on the signage at the charge point.
How do I register an account? Select ‘join’ in the app login screen, and input your details. You will be sent a code to finish creating your account. Check your email spam folder – your confirmation code may have been sent there by mistake.
How do I register my fob? If you’ve ordered a fob through our app, there’s no need to register the code on the back. If you’ve been given a fob but haven’t yet registered, select ‘order a charging key’ on the app and send us the code on the back of your fob via email.
Can I use credit on my account to roam on other charging stations? If you want to use non Plug-N-Go charging stations on our app, you need to use the card linked to your account; your existing credit is not valid.
